How it works
We own the whole pipeline: research, planning, engineer authoring, peer review, editing, publishing, and measurement. Here is how one long-form article moves from a keyword to a lead in your funnel.
The pipeline
Every stage runs in house, from the first keyword to the dashboard your team reviews each month. Your engineers are never asked to finish the work themselves.
Research to publishing
We begin with a technical SEO audit and a baseline of how your brand shows up on AI engines, then run keyword research against search volume and ranking difficulty on Google, Bing, and engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. That feeds a three to six month roadmap, usually a pillar guide of around twelve chapters, each a 1,500 to 2,000 word article.
We do not staff generalist writers. We recruit active, full-time engineers with hands-on experience to author the articles in a freelance capacity, drawing on a team of over 200 practicing practitioners. Every draft is peer reviewed for technical accuracy, then polished by a professional editor.
Finally, we build the HTML templates, add SEO metadata, and publish the interlinked pages on your site. The same article is then summarized for syndication on high-authority third-party blogs to earn follow backlinks, and adapted for LinkedIn.
Measured in Search Console
These figures come from real client engagements, measured in Google Search Console over about twelve months.
Organic impressions, with 49.2K visits, from 9 articles in about 12 months for one client.
Monthly impressions for another client, grown from zero by publishing one long-form article a week.
New visitors in a single day at peak, from 9,692 impressions on the busiest weekday of that first engagement.
Turning traffic into leads
Traffic only matters when it converts. We track performance across search and AI in one dashboard, then run the tactics that turn organic visitors into pipeline.
Inline CTAs in every article, tracked in Google Analytics and Tag Manager, with conversion rate optimization experiments to lift engagement.
We identify the companies behind anonymous visits using reverse DNS, then find the right contacts. This complies with GDPR and works best in the United States.
In one engagement, we run automated outreach from a client executive to more than 200 prospects, using the published articles as the reason to connect.
